Overlap Analysis: Users submit a region list and identify enhancers with overlapping relationships with the submitted regions by setting the percentage of overlap. EnhancerDB2.0 supports analysis tools of external links for search results and enhancer elements.
Notes:
1.Overlap rate(%): The user can enter the size of the overlap. The larger the value, the higher the similarity.The default is 50%.
2.This feature supports uploading a bed file, which consists of three columns: chrome, start, and end. The maximum size of the uploaded file cannot exceed 1Mb.
