Description:

TSmiRNAFFL(https://lcbb.swjtu.edu.cn/TSmiRNAFFL), a free, web-accessible database, provides information about tissue-specific miRNA and interaction maps of tissue-specific miRNA, TF and gene according to High-throughput sequencing data. It currently covers 593 Cancer miRNA (253 tissue-specific miRNA, 106 pan-miRNA), 684 Normal miRNA(330 tissue-specific miRNA, 67 pan-miRNA),136 cancer transcription factors, 137 cancer transcription, 19722 miRNA-target in cancer, 20050 miRNA-target in normal across 13 tissues (Bladder, Blood, Brain, Breast, Cervix, Colorectal, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Pancreas, Prostate, Skin, Uterus). Furthermore, experimentally validated expression data of TF and gene is also collected. Users can use the “Search by name” function to retrieve the TF or gene interacting with miRNA(include:tissue-specific or pan) in cancer or normal. It is also accessible to retrieve tissue with miRNA(include: tissue-specifc, other or pan), TS or gene in cancer or normal, via “search by Tissue” function.

TS miRNA And Pan miRNA:“TS miRNA” and “Pan miRNA” contains feedforward loop information for two types of miRNAs. The two buttons contains that miRNA has expression, coefficient of variation, TSI, TSS (from Fantom) and some of other informations, transcription factor has expression, TSI, TFBS (from UCSC) and some of other informations, gene has expression, TSI, data sources, miR family and some of other informations. Here, it can search by miRNA, TF, Gene.

Tissue:“Tissue” contains information on all miRNA(include:tissue-specific other, pan) feedforward loops in 13 tissues. The button contains that miRNA has expression, coefficient of variation, TSI, TSS (from Fantom) and some of other informations, transcription factor has expression, TSI, TFBS (from UCSC) and some of other informations, gene has expression, TSI, data sources, miR family and so on, Here, it can search by tissue.
