Introduction

  • EnhancerDB 2.0 is a user-friendly and comprehensive platform for managing large-scale enhancer data from five species (human, mouse, zebrafish, fruit fly, and yeast). It identifies 1,537,444 enhancers and provides extensive annotations, including TFs, SNPs, eQTLs, genes, miRNAs, lncRNAs, methylation sites, chromatin accessibility, and Crispr-Cas9 sites. EnhancerDB 2.0 integrates analysis tools to support functional interpretation of enhancers. Additionally, it offers web-based tools for enhancer browsing, analysis, and data visualization online, etc.
