Welcome to scEccDNAdb!

scEccDNAdb is a comprehensive eccDNA database in single-cell level built upon available single-cell WGS data. This database currently includes 3,195,464 eccDNAs of human and mouse (disease/health). Furthermore, we provide extensive annotated information and nine tools for eccDNA analysis allowing users to upload custom files. In summary, scEccDNAdb offers convenient pipeline-style single-cell eccDNA data and analysis services for researchers, doctors, university teachers and students, etc.
